After an on-site consultation, we provide a detailed scope and cost breakdown. All work is invoiced in clear milestones, so you only pay for completed phases.

Yes. We manage the entire compliance process, including permits, code checks and inspections, so your project moves forward without administrative delays. We partner with designers, structural engineers and architects to create a seamless process for submission.

Most of our work is home renovation, along with additions, basement finishes, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and select ground-up custom homes. We are especially fond of mid-century modern homes: open floor plans, vaulted ceilings and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Absolutely. We regularly partner with designers, structural engineers and architects. Whether you arrive with finished plans or just an idea, we fit into your team and coordinate every trade through to completion.

Every project is led by one of our foremen and project managers, Matt Pennel or Gavin Fletcher, with Evan Ljunghag overseeing the standard of work on site. You will always know who to call and what is happening next.

We take on renovations, additions and custom homes across Denver and the surrounding Front Range, including the foothill and mountain communities. If you are not sure whether your property is in our area, give us a call.

Yes. Evan Ljunghag served in the Marine Corps before returning to the trade he grew up in. That discipline shows up in how our job sites are run.
